Hey, Mother's Day is just around the corner. I feel compelled to tell you about the greatest service I have ever received from a florist. The Wright Flowers in West Lafayette (http://www.wrightflowers.com/) made a stunning arrangement for my mom on her birthday. And I mean, On Her Birthday. See, I usually try to do things ahead of time, or at least have a good plan in place. But I failed on my Mother's birthday. That very morning, I realized I had forgotten to order the flowers and was afraid I was going to have to get something done "quick and dirty" or try to speed throught town to pick it up and get it to her at work. I called The Wright Flowers and spoke with a very patient, understanding and sympathetic person who assured me they could make a beautifully appropriate arrangement and deliver it in the same day. I gave her my price range and my mom's office address and said that I wanted something "pretty" and that I would like it in a basket, not a vase, please. Later, I spoke to my mother and she was actually giggling! It was the biggest, most beautiful arrangement she had ever received! She didn't bring it home right away, but put it up where everyone in the office could see it, and they all agreed that it was absolutely stunning.  When I finally saw it a few days later, it was still fresh and perky and it was, indeed, an awesome arrangement with the most beautiful flowers --the color and shape and style of the arrangement were perfect. I am so grateful for The Wright Flowers and for their understanding of what I was looking for and for being able to help me when I was having a stupid day.
